Nah, girl! That's kinda the whole point. Bring me the offer & any half-finished Google docs behind it, I'll gladly dig through the mud like a piggy on a hot summer day to mine up some epic words for ya.

Will it actually sound like me?

It freakin' better. I'm not here to slap my "copywriter voice" all over your biz - it's already all over mine, and I don't like to share. 🙃 Part of my job is figuring out what makes you sound like YOU. Then I crank the volume without losing the human behind your brand so that it stands out.

Are we gonna have to get on 47 Zoom calls?

Hard pass. None of my copy containers offer Zoom calls (or ridiculously long onboarding forms / sessions) frankly because I don't want to do them. 😅 All of our communication is via Voxer mostly (sometimes an email or two), but I like the instantaneous-without-the-expectation-of-instant-response approach.

What happens after I inquire?

We'll play a little email tag, you'll give me some of the high level ins & outs of your biz, and we'll go over what you need from me. Once we've determined that we'd be a good fit for each other, I'll send over the recommended scope for your project & the next available start date / estimated delivery date, and payment link.

How long will my project take?

Turnaround depends on the project, but you'll know an projected delivery date before ever paying a dime so that you can make an informed decision about whether or not this will be a good fit for what you've got going on.

What if I hate the first draft?

You get ONE revision round with every service. I'll make sure I have enough info BEFORE I get started so that the first draft simply just needs a little polish before hittin' the showroom floor.

How do the revisions work?

You'll get ONE revision round for each project that must be completed by a certain date after delivery. Revisions are for type, clarification, & brand voice editing; substantial strategy changes or new directions require a separate quote.

What will I need to provide?

The more you can bring to the table, the better the copy-thanksgiving will be! Existing copy, customer language / testimonials, past launch info, relevant links, and detailed brain dumps are encouraged.

How does payment work?

In most cases, one-off projects are paid in full before the start of the project. If you need a payment plan, I am happy to offer options. Copy On Call is billed monthly for the duration of your 3-month commitment.

Should I get Copy On Call or not?

A project gets you on my calendar for one specific thing. Copy On Call keeps your spot on my calendar open for whatever you've got going on at the time. It's ideal if you're consistently emailing, selling, & launching.
